Are there filtered water bottle refill stations, similar to the ones at the airport?

    Hi Tommy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Are you looking forward to your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation? This is an excellent question as hydration is so important when you're in the sun, or when you're having a ton fun, and being at Disney World means both.

Changes happen all the time at Disney Parks, and had you asked this question before March 5th, I would have said no. However, on that fateful day, Disney Parks Moms Panelist Lindsey N and I happened to have overlapping vacation dates, so we decided to meet up for a morning of fun at Disney's Animal Kingdom. While in line for the Na'vi River Journey in Pandora - The World of Avatar, Lindsey noticed a first for both of us - a hydration station!! It looked the the most beautiful lowercase 't' I have ever seen, with a water bottle filling station at the cross section of the two lines, and traditional water fountain spigots on the arms.

Now, that station is located in the middle of an attraction queue, and it's just one station out of the entirety of Walt Disney World Resort. However, this one spot is giving me hope for more to come in the future.

As far as your trip, Tommy, you'll find a plethora of traditional water fountains in all public spaces, usually located near restrooms. And you're more than welcome to request free filtered water at any Quick Service dining location. Due to local food-handling laws you won't be able to hand your water bottle over to a Cast Member to be filled, but you can sometimes find self-serve beverage stations at Quick Service dining locations in the theme parks.

    We'll See You Real Soon!
