Hi there, Amanda!
Congratulations on your recent engagement! I definitely think that's a reason worth celebrating at the Most Magical Place On Earth. I took my husband (before we were married) for the very first time and I'll never forget his face as we walked onto Main Street, U.S.A.. It was priceless!
First, adult Disney vacations are awesome, even if you don't plan anything special. I love our family vacations and watching our kids have a blast, but it's like a "whole new world" with just my prince and me. Since you will be visiting in the Spring, I highly recommend setting aside a couple of days to enjoy the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. What's more romantic than a tour around the world, or World Showcase in this instance, especially when the flowers and gardens are all in full bloom? You'll also be able to enjoy special dishes and drinks from different countries with the
Outdoor Kitchens sprinkled around and take advantage of live music with the Garden Rocks Concert Series.
I also recommend a nice dinner perhaps at one of the various new restaurants at
Disney Springs or one of
Disney's own Signature Restaurants. Seriously, from someone who's celebrated her honeymoon and several anniversaries at Walt Disney World Resort, the possibilities are endless, but unfortunately my word limit is not. If you'd like more options or favorite restaurants, or romantic ideas, please send me (or anyone) another question and I'll (we'll) happily assist.
Magical Wishes,
Lauren
