My fiance and I are taking kids to Disneyland in April. We went on base and purchased tickets but now he may deploy. If he does can I not use the tickets since I won't have a military ID?

    Hello, Leann!

Welcome to planDisney! First of all, thank you for your family's service to our country! It's a great honor to be responding to your question.

The military member who purchased the Disney Military Promotional Ticket does need to be present on the first day of your visit to Disneyland Resort to activate and use one of the tickets. If your fiance is going to deploy before then, then I suggest canceling your theme park reservations for now. When you know when he will be available, then you can make a new theme park reservation. If these are Disney Military Promotional Park Hopper Tickets as part of the current promotion, please note that the tickets were valid beginning on January 2, 2024 and expire on December 13, 2024.

Did you know that eligible U.S. military members can currently access discounted rates on select rooms at Disneyland Resort hotels in 2024? Booking a room would be a great way to celebrate your fiance's return from deployment!

Leann, thank you for contacting us at planDisney! Please feel free to get in touch with us at any time!
