    My fiance surprised me with a weekend trip to WDW for an early Christmas present - very excited! However, due to health reasons, I have to stick to whole wheat options. Is it possible, for instance, to order a pasta dish with whole wheat pasta? Thanks!

    What an absolutely wonderful Christmas present!!  

    I did a quick check and did find a couple of restaurants that have whole wheat pasta on their menus:

    Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano at Disney's Hollywood Studios
    The Wave at the Contemporary Resort (whole grain and multi-grain pastas)

    However, I imagine you'd like a few more options for dining, and Walt Disney World is fantastic for helping with dietary needs at their restaurants.  First, you'll want to include a notation in your reservation that you need whole wheat pasta which can be done by calling 402-WDW-DINE. You can also contact SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com for assistance, but I'd contact them quickly so they have time to make any necessary arrangements.
