    My fiance and I are staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge, but we will be having dinner at Shula's Steak house which is at the Swan and Dolphin, What would be the best way to get there?

    Hi Kirsten!

    If possible, I recommend visiting Epcot the day you are having dinner at Shula's Steak House.  Then you can exit out of the International Gateway entrance of Epcot, located between the France and United Kingdom Pavilions and catch a boat going towards Downtown Disney.  The boat will stop at the Swan and Dolphin hotels; I would plan on 30 minutes for the trip, which includes waiting an average amount of time for the boat.  Depending on what time you are eating, you might be able to return to Epcot that night for Illuminations - Reflections of Earth, which is their spectacular nighttime fireworks show.

    An alternative solution is to take a Disney bus from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to a theme park or Downtown Disney and then transfer to a bus going to the Swan and Dolphin.  As you can imagine that can take some time.  I would plan on 90 minutes, which assumes you will have to wait a while for both buses. 

    The fastest way is to take a taxi directly from the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  I have found taxis to be quick and relatively inexpensive on Walt Disney World property.
