Thomas from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My fiance and I are planning to get married in the Orlando area, with our stay and prepping beginning at the WDW Resort, what is the policy on using a photographer while transitioning to our venue? May we have a photographer capture our transfer our day?

    Hi Thomas! Welcome to planDisney.

Heck with Coronation Day, it's Wedding Day! Huge congratulations to both you and your finance. In just a matter of days, you are arriving at your Walt Disney World Resort. If you are visiting the theme parks during your stay enjoy The World's Most Magical Celebration. I love seeking out the golden Fab 50 Character Collection throughout all four theme parks.

If your photographer will be joining you on your special day they would be considered a day guest at your resort. Inform your guest they will check-in at the security gate providing a photo ID and your name. Providing a room number will speed things along.

I sure hope you will be sharing a special meal to commemorate your nuptials on property. With an Advance Dining Reservation at select table-service restaurants, you can pre-order a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake with a personalized message. Please give them four days' notice.

Wishing you a Happily Ever After,
    Cindy
