My Fiance and I are planning our Honeymoon for December 2012 at WDW. Where is the best place for us to stay that is both romantic yet has the Disney feel? We are on a moderate budget :) Thanks!!

    Hi Jennifer!

I think the best Disney Moderate Resort is Port Orleans Riverside.  I particularly love the theming of the Alligator Bayou section of the resort.  It has a lot beautiful landscaping and makes just walking around the resort a pleasure.  Port Orleans Riverside also has a lot of services and amenities for a Moderate level resort, including boat service to Downtown Disney.  It is a lot of fun to take that boat trip at night and gives you more dining options as well!  There's also great entertainment in the form of Yehaa Bob on select nights in the main building; my friends and I have gone over to Port Orleans Riverside specifically to spend an evening with him.  Finally, the pool area is very relaxing.

That said, if your budget can swing it, you should consider staying in the Polynesian Resort.  It is a lot more expensive, but it is the most romantic resort on property.  It's also on the Magic Kingdom monorail making it very easy to get from the Polynesian to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Good luck with your decision, and write back if you have any more questions!
