My fiance and I are planning to take a Disney Cruise for our honeymoon over Christmas of 2012, Can you provide some insight about what kinds of activities the two of us can do without being surrounded by all the kids onboard?

    Hi Emily,

We took our first few Disney Cruises before we had children - and I was "amazed" at how few children were onboard.  Well, now that we have children I realize that it wasn't that there were not many children onboard - it was simply that the spaces were planned out so well, that adults really felt like they had the run of the ship.

A few of our favorite adult activities and spaces onboard the Disney Magic and Wonder are:
    • Buena Vista Theater - Great place to catch a movie, and not to worry - they're not all "G" rated Disney Classics.
    • Vista Spa - Either a spa villa experience, or for a more flexible and inexpensive experience purchase a Rainforest pass.
    • Deck 4 - Great place for stroll or to lounge in the comfy deck chairs.
    • Cove Cafe - Grab a latte or cappuccino and relax in this adults only glass-enclosed lounge.
    • Diversions - Great place to relax, socialize or simply watch the waves go by over a beverage and quiet board game.
    • Quite Cove Pool - Is the perfect place to spend a sunny day at sea.

Your Personal Navigator will outline all of the "for adults only" activities onboard each day.  There is plenty of nightlife and fun for adults 18 and over.

    Happy planning!
