    My Fiance is linked to my My Disney experience account but I cannot see an option to customize their magic band, it is just showing mine? Do you know where his could be? I have it so it's says it is managed by me. Thanks vicky

    First off, congratulations to you!

    I do love how convenient the MagicBand makes a Walt Disney World vacation. Your MagicBand opens your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel room door, lets you charge merchandise and dining to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel room, gets you quick access to your FastPass+ attractions, and lets you capture your Disney PhotoPass Service pics. How cool would it be if MagicBand could plan a wedding or work its magic in everyday life?

    I'm sorry to hear you can't view your fiance's MagicBand to customize it. There are a few ideas that come to mind as to why you might not be able to view it, such as whether or not your fiance is also on the same resort reservation, or whether or not there could be a shipping address issue. Rather than guess at it, my best suggestion is to contact Walt Disney Internet Help Desk to get assistance with your MagicBands by calling (407) WDW-4357 or (407) 939-4357.
