My Fiance and I will be honeymooning at Disney World this December and have made dining reservations. I was wondering if we made and prepaid reservations for Hoop Dee Doo but someone wants to purchase it on the honeymoon registry if we get the money back?

    Hi Kylie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question about your upcoming honeymoon! As a Disney bride myself, I can’t think of a more perfect way to start your lives together than with a Disney Parks vacation.

We registered for the honeymoon gift registry (now called Honeymoon Wishes) when we got married too. The way that it works: even though your friends and family will be purchasing specific experiences for you through your gift registry, what you’ll actually get, a few weeks before your arrival, is a Disney Gift Card that represents the total amount of everyone’s “gifts”.

If you’ve already made and prepaid your reservations for Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue, don’t worry! If someone chooses to “gift” that experience, you can use those funds somewhere else during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope my answer helps you plan your honeymoon. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
