My fiance and I are booking our honeymoon and going to Walt Disney World. I had planned on staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge but just looked at the Caribbean Beach Resort and thought this could be a lovely option esp. considering the price. Suggestions?

I have had the pleasure of staying at both of the resorts you mention, Jaimie, and I can vouch that both are indeed lovely, though very different.  If it were me, I'd probably come down to budget as a deciding factor.  Considering that the trip is for a very special (once in a lifetime!) occasion, splurging with a stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge isn't a bad idea, especially if you can swing a savanna view room.  There are a number of excellent restaurants on site as well as a great lounge and plenty of cozy spots to relax in and around the lobby.  If, on the other hand, money is tight after the wedding, a stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort would be a great way to save.  Restaurant choices there aren't nearly as impressive, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night while you spend the majority of your time exploring the parks, then I would think a moderate resort would be ideal.  Good luck with your decision!
