My fiancé and I have booked our honeymoon at WDW. I want to have our groom/bride ears delivered to our rooms prior to arrival. Looked at the Florist site I saw no way to send it to a room. Is this possible, or do I actually have wait or have it shiped

    Hi Alan:

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I can think of no better place than Disney World to spend a honeymoon. The Groom and Bride Ears are an awesome idea and really stand out, so be prepared to get noticed.

Because room assignments at Disney Resorts are not assigned until check-in, it may take a step or two to have your Groom and Bride Mickey ears waiting for you in your room prior to arrival. My best advice is to call Disney Floral and Gifts at (407) WDW-GIFT or (407) 939-4438. Inform the Dream Makers at Disney Floral and Gifts of your plan to have the ears waiting for you upon your arrival. Disney Floral and Gift deliveries are usually made between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, so to ensure delivery prior to your arrival time, request that the ears be delivered to your Resort the day before your arrival.

At check-in, you can request that the front desk arrange to have the ears delivered to your room. You may have to stall a bit before going to your room to give the front-desk time to make delivery arrangements, but there are usually many distractions at the Resorts and Parks to keep you busy. Alternatively, you can pick up the ears from the front-desk and wear them into your room. You can also order the ears from the Disney Store online and have them shipped to your Resort, but you will still need to work with the front desk to have the ears delivered to your room after check-in but prior to entering the room.

Remember to stop by guest relations at the Parks to pick up "Just Married" buttons to wear. Also, if you are planning on enjoying any celebratory meals on property, inform the restaurant of the special occasion. Many Cast Members will go out of their way to wish you both well and to make your honeymoon more memorable.

    Enjoy your honeymoon.
