If my fiancé and I arrive EARLY (5-6am, possibly earlier) at our Disney hotel on the day of check-in, can we expect to be on the first bus to the Magic Kingdom that same morning, and store our luggage while our room is prepared?

Hey there, Shay, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It’s great to have you here because it’s never too soon to make sure you’ve buttoned up all of your Disney Vacation planning details! It may seem like there’s plenty of time to prepare before your arrival, but it’ll be here before you know it!

Shay, one reason I love The Walt Disney World Resort is that your vacation begins the moment you step foot inside the “bubble!” So whether you arrive at 5 a.m. or 11 p.m. (I’ve arrived at both of these times), a Cast Member will be ready to welcome you home to your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. If you utilize the mobile check-in feature within the My Disney Experience mobile app, you will be able to choose your arrival time. While there are no guarantees, this will help the team plan for your arrival. You never know; your room may be ready when you arrive! But if your hotel room needs a little more time to perfect itself, you can drop your bags at Bell Services and head to the Theme Parks. Keep a close eye on your My Disney Experience mobile app throughout the day because it will automatically notify you once your hotel room is available. You’ll be having so much fun that sleep will be the furthest thing from your mind!

I hope this helps, Shay! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know

You’ve got a friend in me,
