Kathleen from PA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It has been a few years since we've been to Disney World. Can you tell me if the system still requires that consecutive fast pass reservations be an hour apart? For example, if I have one scheduled for 1-2 can I have another at 1:30-2:30? Thanks!

Hi, Kathleen and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Currently, the FastPass+ system does not allow guests to overlap timeframes.
So, if your scheduled time is 3pm for Flight of Passage, your next available time to secure another FastPass+ reservation will be at 4pm.

This hour gap gives a bit more freedom in your Disney day. If your lunch runs a little over your scheduled time, if it gives you more time to get to your FastPass+ attraction. The hour also gives you time to walk from one side of the park to another. On crowded park days, this time frame can really come in handy especially if you get caught in the parade crowds at the Magic Kingdom.

For our last two FastPass+ reservations we often wait until closer to the end of the reservation time. Once we've finished that first attraction, we can head straight over to the next FastPass+ reservation. It makes us feel special when we can go straight from one attraction to the next without a long time gap in between.

Have a blast, Kathleen! If you need more help, please stop by and visit with us again soon!
