It's been a few years since going to WDW, we are going in October if we make dining reservations does the CC get charged prior or is it just to hold the spot, also any suggests about wait list for 1900 Fair & BOG Thank You!

Hi Darlene and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You'll be pleased to know that there are only a handful of dining locations which require full prepayment at the time of booking which are Cinderella's Royal Table, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show and Mickey's Backyard BBQ.

The majority of other Table-Service restaurants do require a credit card guarantee when making your Advance Dining Reservations. Do be aware however that your credit card won’t be charged unless you either don’t show up for your reservation or cancel after 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the day before your arrival.

There is no wait list available for 1900 Park Fare or Be Our Guest Restaurant but I would highly encourage you to keep checking for availability frequently between now and your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort as cancellations do occur and you might just get lucky.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
