A few years ago when we went to Disney World it was my grandson's 1st visit and when we got to the room there was a phone message from Goofy. Is this something that happens with all visits, or only special ones? Going again and would like to know.

Hello Deborah and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Sometimes it's the tiniest of magical details that a child remembers and brings home with them from a family vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and a phone message from a beloved Disney character certainly can be one of them!
Guests may request a pre-recorded message wake up style call from a Disney character by speaking with a Cast Member at the Front Desk of their Resort; from memory I believe the characters currently available are Mickey Mouse or Stitch.
If I can help further plan your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
