Welcome back to planDisney, Sandra!
I'm excited to hEAR you're planning a return trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. No matter how many times I walk down
Main Street, U.S.A., stroll through
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge,
marvel at the size of Spaceship Earth or smile at
the animals on the savanna, I can't wait to do it all over again.
Now Sandra, so that you're able to enjoy all there is to offer at Walt Disney World, let's talk about your accommodations. First, I'm happy to report that rooms are still available for
guests that have mobility needs at a number of Disney Resorts Collection hotels. The likeliest reason you aren't able to see rooms is that you'll need to make sure you have the "accessible" feature turned on for your search. When on the resorts page (
HERE) you will see a small square beside where you indicate your desired dates and ages of travelers (near the top of the page) that says, "Accessible Rooms." Make sure you check that box (it will be green when turned on). You can then search resorts with your desired travel dates.
Sandra, while inventory does constantly change, I did
a quick search with the accessibility feature turned on for
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort and found multiple options that I think will fit as perfectly as Cinderella's glass slipper.
Sandra, if for some reason, this doesn't work and you still aren't seeing accessible rooms, please call (407) 939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member for additional assistance.
Wishing you a Magical vacation. Please come on back to planDisney if you have any other questions!
Lauren
