    It's been a few years, but I use to be able to picked what we wanted to see on the park maps. Like must see's. Then we had the maps mailed to us for the kids. Does Disney still do this? I can't find anything on the webpage anymore.

    Hello Alexandra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    When I first heard about the custom park maps available to print from the Walt Disney World Resort web site in early 2015, I jumped online to have mine made as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that was when the printable park maps were no longer being offered to Guests for planning purposes, so I missed out.

    This decision was to encourage Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort to get more familiar with and use the My Disney Experience App which allows you to do more than the printable maps ever could. Allow me to walk you through how I use the My Disney Experience App on my phone when roaming through the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.

    After signing into the My Disney Experience App, whenever you search for Attractions, Dining, Entertainment, Shops, and other Magical Disney offerings and click on the heart icon, it is automatically added to your "Wish List". In the drop down menu in the My Disney Experience App, when you select "My WIsh List", a list will pop-up for all of the items that you selected. In the top corner of this page, selecting "Map" will bring up a map of the area and highlight every one of your favorite items similar to the previously customized maps that you would print but with the added bonus of being interactive, altered and applied when combined with the complimentary WiFi available in all Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.

    The customized map is no doubt a sorely-missed souvenir of the planning process from previous vacations, but what you lose in memorabilia you gain in a recorded history and interactive tool that can be used for multiple Endlessly Magical Walt Disney World Resort vacations.
