In a few short weeks, my family and I will heading out for our first Disney Cruise! We will be staying on the Dream. Can you please tell me what time breakfast starts? My little guy is an early riser and normally he eats around 6 am.

Countdown to your magical cruise is here, Becky!

Your whole family must be buzzing with excitement now - since you'll be sailing with Captain Mickey very soon. The Disney Dream will offer your family such a spectacular cruise vacation - there will be something for everyone... I'm so excited for you!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it sounds like your little guy likes to start his day right. There's a couple different ways you can arrange for breakfast at 6am. The easiest way is to use the Breakfast Order Form door hanger to pre-order breakfast each morning. You can choose the items the night before and specify the time you want your food to be delivered. Remember to leave the door hanger order form outside your door before 3am each morning (or before you go to bed).

Luckily, you and your little guy can be served breakfast, lunch, dinner, and anytime-snacks 24 hours a day by calling the complimentary room service. You'll need to allow about 30 minutes for your order to arrive. You will have a small refrigerator in your stateroom -- so it might be a good idea to order extra milk or juice and boxed cereal to have something always ready for him. In the evenings, my kids love ordering warm cookies and milk before going to bed.

The Cabanas breakfast buffet on deck 11 will open at around 7:30am for breakfast. That would be another option if he chooses to wait a little, since there's a wide array of food items to choose from. Every evening you'll receive the Personal Navigator which will also give you a schedule of events and activities onboard. All hours for dining rooms and all onboard services will also be listed here.

    Bon voyage, Becky!
