Hello David!
I love park hopping on my Walt Disney World vacations. In October 2021, I visited all four theme parks in Walt Disney World in one day (three of the parks were after 2:00 pm)!
If you have the
Park Hopper Option on your
Walt Disney World Tickets, you can Park Hop after 2:00 pm as long as there is park availability for the park you are going to. To do this, first, you will have to make a
Theme Park Reservation for the Walt Disney World Theme Park, where you will begin your day, and you must enter that park before you are eligible to Park Hop on that particular day. So you only need to make a Theme Park Reservation for the first park. According to the current policy, you would not be able to park hop until you have entered the first park where you have a Theme Park Reservation. You do not have to reserve the second theme park of the day that you are planning on Park Hopping to. Remember that Park Hopping is currently available after 2:00 pm each day based on availability. You can check the
Park Hours Calendar or the
My Disney Experience app for each theme park's most up-to-date Park Hopper hours. You can start in the theme park that you have reserved and then Park Hop to another theme park after 2:00 pm. Then you can go back to the original park where you started your day, as you described in your question. Also, you can begin in the first park where you have made your theme park reservation and then go to another theme park for dinner as long as you have the park hopper option on your tickets, and it is after 2:00 pm. Just make sure you make your
Advanced Dining Reservations in your second park of the day after 2:00 pm.
I hope that you have an incredible Walt Disney World vacation!
