    I have a few Questions. My flight comes in just before 11:00am can I check in before 3:00pm? When will I receive all of my info about my trip that I booked?

    Hi, Jessica!   Your magical vacation begins as soon as you check-in to your resort!   If you arrive before your room is ready, a cast member will direct you to the luggage room where they will store your luggage for you.   At check-in, you will receive your package details (park tickets, dining information, whatever you have booked) and you can head to the theme parks, Downtown Disney, Water Parks, wherever you want!   You will also be given a phone number  that you can call to check to see if your room is available closer to check-in time.

    We love getting to our resort early on our arrival day!   I hope your family has a great time!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio!
