    A few ?'s about PhotoPass+. First, if we pre-order the CD at $120 and then upgrade to the "+" while at WDW will we only owe the difference or will we be paying $120 plus $199? Second, do you receive the dining pkg photos or just access to them

    Thanks for writing.  You will only need to pay the difference between your purchase price and $199.95.  Dining locations that utilize Disney PhotoPass Plus will provide both a printed photo package as well as access to the photos digitally.  Have a great trip!
