Hiya Kristin!
Welcome to planDisney! Finding an old ticket that could still be valid is exciting. It reminds me of the time I found bagels in my work break room the day I forgot my lunch. Sometimes, the sun shines a little brighter and I'm glad for it!
Kristin, there are quite a few answers to your question and it all depends on the type of ticket cards that you have.
Theme Park tickets that have
not been used can usually be reassigned to another guest. If these tickets have been partially used then it is now linked to the person who first used them and
can't be transferred to anyone else. In addition, if these cards have an expiration date which is something that started happening many years ago then it may no longer be valid. However, there is a chance the value of these tickets can be applied to future tickets! Kristin, I would confirm what kind of ticket you have and then see what options you have. If you don't know if your tickets have an expiration date, were used, or can be transferred to another person I would reach out to
Existing Tickets. Make sure you have your ticket or confirmation numbers as that will help Cast Members find all the details.
If you are already on your way to the Parks then head to the Will Call booths at the Park entrances or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Bring any emails with confirmation numbers or the ticket cards themselves so that they can help you thoroughly. Don't forget your ID! I particularly want to recommend the Disney Ticket Center as Disney Springs is a great place to spend your day if you don't want to use a Park ticket. It's free to walk around and explore with so many lovely shops and restaurants. I just had a chance to enjoy
eet by Maneet Chauhan with its Indian-inspired and delicious delicious. I highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Naan Pizza.
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions we are here to help!
Happy Planning!
