    We have a few Disney Dining Cards from a trip in April. We're going back next week and wanted to check the balance. The website on the back of the card is not working. Is there a way to check the balance?

    Yup! I’ve been right there with you. It seems that the Disney Dining Cards that I have also indicate a website address that does not currently have the ability to check on card balances. Not to worry though! By calling the phone number listed on the back of the card, you may reach an automated system for checking gift card balances, including for Disney Dining Cards. You may also find this phone number on the Disney Gift Card management page. If you would prefer, you can also request assistance from a customer service representative to query gift card balance and history information.

    While the Disney Gift Card website does not currently have the ability to check Disney Dining Card balances, it is still a great hub for managing regular Disney Gift Cards. I love using Disney Gift Cards during our visits to the Disneyland Resort. With gift cards collected before we leave on our vacation, we know our vacation budget is covered.

    Tony’s Tip: The Disney Gift Card website can be used to combine the value of multiple gift cards into one gift card. I’ve found this useful for purchasing Disneyland Resort theme park tickets, paying for stays at the Disneyland Resort Hotels, placing a reservation on a World of Color Dessert Party, and more. The Disney Gift Card is great for other Disney Parks experiences as well, such as the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney.
