I have a Festival of Fantasy Parade w/dining package booked for 12/30 yet the Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is showing that day. Does that mean this parade just take the place of the other one for special viewing?

    Hi Laurie ~

It sounds like you have a wonderful holiday season planned!

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade often takes the place of the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade during the holiday season once the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party event dates have ended. The last day for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for the 2017 season is December 22, 2017.

The online calendar shows that Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will run at 3:30 p.m. in the Magic Kingdom starting on December 23, 2017. If you have booked a Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package for December 30, 2017, you will have VIP seating for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at 3:30 p.m. It really is a cute parade and my boys love seeing all of the great floats.

Please keep in mind that schedules are subject to change in the event of inclement weather. Be sure to confirm the parade time on the My Disney Experience mobile app or by picking up a printed Times Guide as you enter the Magic Kingdom. If the parade is cancelled due to weather, your dining reservation will still take place and they will give you VIP seating for an alternate parade within 5 days of the date you have booked your Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package.
