Welcome to planDisney, Dawn! It sounds like your upcoming vacation is going to be a blast!
If you have yet to see
Disney Enchantment, Magic Kingdom's newest nighttime spectacular, you're in for quite a treat! There have been some rumblings lately that new scenes are being added. Let's hope for some pixie-dusted news soon!
If you want to get away from the crowds on Main Street, U.S.A., then booking a dessert party is the way to go!
The Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise has been getting rave reviews from the great views to the yummy desserts (especially the Build-Your-Own Chocolate Mousse Explosion). In addition, there is a
PhotoPass photographer available for pictures to commemorate the event! I spoke to a Cast Member through the
Enchanting Extras Collection today at (407) 939-7529. She, too, was surprised that the October calendar hadn't been released yet. My advice would be to keep checking the webpage daily.
In the meantime, you may want to consider an alternative. I am a fan of the private
Specialty Cruises. You can charter a boat for up to 10 guests and set sail on the Seven Seas Lagoon in time to see the fireworks. Also, If seeing the castle projections is important to you, the
Dessert Party inside Magic Kingdom Park would be a fantastic experience; just remember that
park reservations and admission are also required when you enter the turnstiles.
I hope this helps, Dawn! We are bursting with advice, so please stop by again real soon!
