I feel like The Villa’s at the Disneyland Hotel have the most comfortable mattresses. I want to know what mattress they use in the pull down beds, I think I saw a Sealy tag, but wondering if there is a specific style? And the soft pillows also!

Hi there, Sierra! Welcome to planDisney!

There’s just something special about ending a perfect Disney day, isn’t there? After hours of laughter, attractions, parades, and perhaps one (or two!) Mickey-shaped treats, nothing feels better than heading back to your hotel room, kicking off your shoes, and sinking into a bed that feels fit for royalty. And when it comes to comfort, the Villas at the Disneyland Hotel truly set the standard for dreamy rest.

I have to agree with you—the beds at the Disneyland Hotel are dreamy! I have two theories on why they feel so wonderfully comfortable: either Disney’s housekeeping team has a secret sprinkle of extra magic worked into the pillows each day (which seems completely possible to me!), or by the end of a fun-filled day in the parks, I’m so happily exhausted that I sink into the mattress like I’m drifting through a dreamland of churros and fireworks.

That said, I did chat with a very helpful Cast Member at the Disneyland Hotel who shared some official details about those cozy beds. They use Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, and she confirmed that the pillowtop model is the one used in the hotels. Even better, Guests can actually bring a bit of that comfort home through the Beautyrest Hospitality Guest Purchase Program, which offers a product line called “Bringing the Magic Home.” These are the exact mattresses used in the Disneyland Resort hotels—how cool is that?!

As for the pillows, they’re made by Downlite. While the exact model isn’t specified, the Cast Member shared that the ones used at the Disneyland Resort hotels include traits like “firm” and “hypoallergenic”, which should help you narrow down the pillows to find your perfect match.

Sierra, no matter which blend of magic and mattress science is at play, you can rest easy knowing your next Disneyland Resort stay will wrap you in comfort from the moment your head hits the pillow. And if you’d like to bring the complete opulent Disneyland Resort experience home (and who wouldn't?!), here’s a pro tip: during your next visit, stop by the shop at Tenaya Stone Spa inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. They carry a lovely assortment of luxurious spa products—just the thing to transform your nightly routine into one sprinkled with Disney magic.

Sweet dreams, and may your next Disneyland Resort stay be as restful as it is magical!
