I feel like reading every Q/A I am getting all the answers to start planning my vaca in 2013. It will be 1st visit for my husband, my daughter 3 1/2, and my son 7 months. Which moderate hotel is going to be the best for bus stops and transport to the park

    Hi Sarah!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

Generally I only recommend two Disney Moderate Resorts to guests unless they have their own car; it sounds like you will be relying on Disney transportation, so I suggest staying at Port Orleans Riverside or Port Orleans French Quarter.  The other Disney Moderate Resorts are nice place to stay and have a lot to offer, but I think they are too spread out and their largeness out weighs their other positive attributes.

Between Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter,  I recommend staying at Port Orleans Riverside.  It is a much larger resort and thus a little more walking is involved to get around, but I think it has a much nicer food court and it has a Table Service (full service) restaurant.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions.
