    I feel so miserable at failing to reserve at Chef Mickey, Be Our Guest and Tomorrow Land Terrace Party. Any tips on still having any chance of getting in? Only 2 weeks left in visiting Disney. Please give me some hope. Its our first trip! Thank you.

    I'm so happy that you've stopped by with your question! Please don't be upset with yourself about not making Advanced Dining Reservations early. You're going to Walt Disney World during one of the most magical times of the entire year, and while the restaurants you've mentioned are indeed some of the most popular locations on Walt Disney World property, I have some suggestions for you that might just fit the bill.

    First, the new Be Our Guest Restaurant only requires an Advanced Dining Reservation for dinner. I've had the pleasure of dining at this location for both the Quick Service lunch and Table Service dinner, and I actually [believe it or not] prefer lunch! The experience was so magical and while there is typically a line to get in, if you arrive about 30-minutes prior to the restaurant opening for lunch, it is well worth the wait to dine in Beast's Castle!

    Chef Mickey's could be a real tough one to get into at this stage of the game; however, I recommend calling Disney Dining at 407.WDW.DINE [939.3463] several times a day, each day until you leave for vacation. Guests cancel reservations all the time because of changes in their plans and you may get lucky. Also, Mickey Mouse appears at the Best Friends Breakfast at 'OHana at Disney's Polynesian Resort as well, so you could try there. Another VERY FAVORITE Character Meal of my family's is Cape May Cafe located at Disney's Beach Club Resort. I've found it easier to get into this one and you can meet Characters such as Minnie Mouse and Goofy! Characters are always subject to change, but you're sure to be pleased! Your best bet at this point is going to be flexibility. Remember to ask the Cast Member when you call to check all available times for your entire vacation!
