Is there a fee for someone to help plan our trip. Not sure where to start

Hi there, Alisha! Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you’ve stopped by to see us. You’ve definitely come to the right place!

As a planDisney panelist, it is easy for me to forget at times that not everyone has been planning Disney vacations for years. Many of my close friends have never visited the Disney Parks! They share in your feeling of not knowing where to start, but just as it is my wish to help them once they’re ready to take that first magical trip, it would be my great pleasure to do the same for you! Here at planDisney, it is our privilege to be able to help plan any aspect of your Disney vacation. Feel free to ask any questions that may come up along the way. To answer your first question, there is no fee for the help you will find here, and also no fee to use the services of a certified Disney travel planner, which I highly recommend! These individuals serve as travel agents and can book your entire Disney vacation package. It is a very convenient way to plan, But if you prefer to take this step yourself, you may do so directly from the Disney World website. There, you will be able to make a Disney.com account and log into your My Disney Experience Account for the first time, which is the hub from which you will be able to make all your magical plans!

Alisha, I recommend that you consider staying right on property at a Disney Resort Hotel for your trip to Walt Disney World. This will mean that you will be immersed in and surrounded by Disney magic from your very first moment. There are many great options and price points to choose from, and each Resort Hotel has so many unique things to offer! I recommend that you take a look at the Know Before You Go pages to see which Disney Resort Hotels are available to reserve at the moment, and also to familiarize yourself with all the policies and procedures being implemented now that the Disney Parks are fully operational again. Next, you will be able to see the option for buying Park Tickets as well as looking at Park Reservation availability before finalizing the dates of your trip. Theme Park Tickets plus Park Reservations are needed for each day you wish to visit the Theme Parks during your stay. I recommend that you plan at least one day at each Theme Park, and check out the Park Maps prior to your visit to become comfortable with the layout and offerings of each Park!

I am so very excited for you to embark on this incredible planning journey. All the hard work will pay off many times over once you and your loved ones can explore The Most Magical Place on Earth. If we can be of any additional help, please feel free to come back to see us as many times as you like! We are here for you and hope to have the chance to help you continue to dream and plan!

    See ya real soon!
