I appreciate you sending your questions over to us on planDisney. And it’s perfectly timed because my sister and her family will be at the
Disneyland Hotel next week and I’m interested in sending a special care package via Amazon to my little nephew. I called and spoke with Cast Member Greg who works at the Disneyland Hotel. He informed me that there is no fee to have Amazon packages or mail delivered to any of the 3
Disneyland Resort hotels. [The policy for mail services is different at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, where there is a small fee for mail and packages delivered to resort hotels.] Please be aware, Crystal, that all mail and packages go through the
central mail service department and it’s best to allow a 24-hour turnaround time for your package to be ready for pick up. If it shows your package will be delivered on Tuesday, for example, you’ll be able to pick up on Wednesday at the front desk.
To ensure your package arrives to the front desk smoothly, Cast Member Greg recommended having it addressed to the person on the hotel reservation. I also confirmed the mailing address to use for Disneyland Hotel is 1150 Magic Way, Anaheim, CA 92802.
