Going in February with 10year old girl and 8 year old boy - our first time (shh it's a secret christmas present). Wondering if there are any Disney movies that are a must to watch before we come (If we don't have it - another Disney themed present!)

Hi Helen!  What a wonderful surprise for your kids!  That is going to be a magical moment for sure!

When we have traveled to Disney at Christmas (and, really, every Christmas whether we are going to Disney or not) my kids LOVE watching the Disney movies: Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas and Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas.  They both contain several short films featuring Disney's most beloved characters.  If you don't have these movies, I highly recommend them!  My boys have watched them repeatedly for the last ten years.  They're still our Christmas favorites!  We even had the Once Upon a Christmas in VHS and upgraded to DVD!

Another idea that we have done, is to re-use our Christmas countdown (that is Disney themed) for a countdown to our Disney vacation!  I really don't know which one they get more excited about!!

Let me know if you have any other questions as you prepare for your very exciting first trip!!
