For our February vacation, we have booked 8:20 dining reservations for Rose and Crown in Epcot. We weren’t able to snag a fireworks package. Will we still be able to see the fireworks show while dining?

Hi Valerie! Welcome to planDisney! I see you have an arrival date for the first of February. I also will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during this time. If you haven't been in February before, I have a feeling you are going to very much enjoy this time of year in Florida. The weather is pleasant and the crowds are typically on the moderate side.

If you haven't visited EPCOT since the 50th Anniversary celebrations kicked off at the beginning of October, then you probably have not seen the new nighttime spectacular Harmonious in person yet. I was lucky enough to watch it during my visit a few weeks ago, and I was blown away by how amazing the show is! I believe it is the perfect addition to the daily festivities of the park.

The Rose and Crown Dining Room is a great option for dinner in EPCOT. The UK Pavilion is one of the best themed countries in the World Showcase, and the Rose and Crown menu is authentic to its cuisine. Without the Firework Dining Package, you will either be seated inside or outside depending on availability. There is a chance that you have a view of the nighttime show, but this is definitely not guaranteed. If watching the show is your priority, I recommended changing your reservation to an earlier time. This will allow you to finish dinner and then find a spot to view the show.

EPCOT is currently offering another Firework Dining Package for Harmonious over at Spice Road Table. Similar to the Rose and Crown package, this is a prix fixed menu that ensures viewing of the nighttime spectacular. If you and your party are open to a different style of cuisine, I would check on availability at this location.

Valerie, I hope this helps answer your question. Please find us again at planDisney for any additional needs you may have on this or any upcoming trips.
