On February 19th, we will be going to the MK and it is an 8am park opening. What time will we be let in now that they have the earlier opening? What time will the welcome show be? We love going to the parks early and don't want to miss anything

    Hi Jennifer!

The brand new Magic Kingdom welcome show, Let the Magic Begin, starts 5 minutes before park opening and lasts approximately 5 minutes.  Official rope drop happens right after the show ends.  Guests have been able to enter the park 15 minutes prior to official park opening, so planning on getting there around 7:30am for an 8:00am park opening would be a good idea.

I am eager to see this new show myself!  I have heard really great reviews and I love checking out new and updated experiences at Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
