Feb 2017 we had purchased park tix with a hopper - it was buy 3 & get (either) 4 or 5 days tix. We only used the 3 days worth. Do we still have the use of the unused tix still? Back in 2 weeks TY!

    Hi, Julianne!

I am so excited you are returning to Walt Disney World. Mickey and his Pals will sure be excited to see you!

I cannot be sure what type of ticket you purchased, but in general, tickets expire 14 days after their first use, so any unused days expire. Because I cannot be sure of exactly what promotional ticket type you might have purchased, please inquire by calling (407)939-7523 or you can take your tickets to Guest Services at a theme park upon arrival at Walt Disney World. When calling, have your email address handy as well as your tickets. A friendly Cast Member can advise you.

With your vacation right around the corner, make sure book some fun dining reservations. How about lunch with Pooh and his Pals at the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom? Or  enjoy a delicious pizza at Via Napoli in Epcot. There are so many great dining locations, you could spend your whole vacation just eating!

Good luck with your tickets and we will see you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
