    Hello there, Samantha!

The Walt Disney World Resort's atmosphere, music, and food make my family feel like we've entered the world of happily ever after. I hope you experience the same sense of wonder with your family on your vacation, which perfectly aligns with The World's Most Magical Celebration. Don't miss the four theme park icons as they transform into Beacons of Magic

Let planDisney be your guide with a few key tips for your vacation:
    1. Get comfortable with the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device prior to your vacation. Everyone in your family will need their own My Disney Experience account or profile. For the younger Mouseketeers, you can create a My Disney Experience profile by entering their name and age. Note that whoever creates a child's profile will manage the profile and all of the plans for that child.
    2. You'll need both a theme park ticket and a valid theme park reservation for each day you plan on visiting a theme park. If you haven't purchased park tickets or made theme park reservations, I'd suggest completing this at your earliest convenience. You can check if you already have a park ticket and reservation in the app by pressing the three horizontal bars in the righthand bottom corner of your phone. Next, go to "Future Plans" to see your Walt Disney World Resort reservations. If you don't see your tickets or reservation in your plans, you can link your reservations and purchases with your My Disney Experience account.
    3. My family loves taking advantage of Early Theme Park Entry available to Disney Resort hotel Guests. This means you get to go to some of your favorite attractions with lower wait times. If you aren't staying at a Disney Resort hotel, I'd still suggest arriving at the theme park 30 minutes before the park opens to get to your favorite attraction first. We typically book advanced dining reservations up to 60 days in advance of our vacation to have a midday break. After lunch, we'll go back to our Resort for pool or nap time. We end our days by returning to the theme parks to watch the incredible nighttime spectaculars.
    4. Consider whether or not you're family will want to purchase Genie+. Through the Genie+ service, you can save time waiting in line by using Lightning Lane entrances at select attractions. On average, Guests can enter two to three attractions per day using the Lightning Lane entrance if they make selections first thing in the morning. You can purchase the Genie+ service on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you all have Genie+, you'll be able to start making your selections for Lightning Lanes starting at 7:00 am.
