Hi! Do you have a favorite value & moderate resort to stay at? We have been to Caribbean Beach and Pop Century we like to try different places each time. Our kids will be 6 & 2 next year when we visit in the spring. Oh and we do like pools! Thank

    Hi there, Casey!

I would be happy to share my favorites with you.  Please keep in mind that this is all just personal opinion. My favorites may not  be someone else's favorites.

I would strongly recommend staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  Although I've not yet stayed there, I was able to tour the rooms and the grounds.  It is absolutely awesome, to say the least.  The Family Suites are themed from the following movies; The Lion King, Finding Nemo and Cars.  Standard rooms are themed from The Little Mermaid movie.  The experience at the pools and inside the guest rooms is completely immersive.  You will feel like you just stepped inside scenes from the movies themselves.

For resorts in the moderate category,  I really like Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.  The resort grounds are vast, but there is an internal bus system to transfer you to the different areas.  You mentioned liking pools.  I am confident that you will really enjoy The Dig Site, the main pool area.  Check it out!

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Please let me know if I can help answer any other planning questions.

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation!
