Hi, Tina! I’ve traded pins at each of these locations, and am proud to say they helped me complete collections I was hunting for like my Orange Birds! I’ll detail my favorite pin trading spots for pins and secrets beyond the lanyards:
In Magic Kingdom, I prefer the
Frontier Trading Post because of the large amount of trade-ables. I completed my Hat Collection by finding Goofy’s Hat on the Pin Cowboy Hat, so that was kinda neat! If you’re at the front of Disney’s Animal Kingdom park and the Stroller Rental area isn’t too crazy, ask to see the Pin Stroller; a very cool surprise awaits you and the hard part is picking 2 to trade! If all else fails, the Pin Outpost has a great selection as well.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has a Pin Trading spot on Sunset Blvd next to the Fairfax Fare, which is an intimate booth where I like to trade with other guests! At the front of this park, you’ll find a Cast Member with a parking cone, covered in pins; a unique way to swap! At Epcot, there’s a huge outdoor store called Pin Central, which has umbrella tables that make a great place to trade with other guests. As you can imagine, people flock here to buy and trade.
When visiting Disney Springs, my favorite place is Disney Pin Traders. This is another great spot for me to choose a new pin since it’s one of the largest Pin locations in all of Walt Disney World Resort. At Resorts, you’ll find pin Boards (ask for the Pin BOOKS at the Deluxe Resorts) behind each front desk, as well as greeters at each Resort outside the front door. Many guests don’t have pins ready upon entering or exiting the Hotel, so they have fairly good selections.
I hope you have great success completing your pin collections, and please let me know if you need more help! ~ Lindsey P.
