Since (our favorite!) Cape May Cafe isn't offering Character Dining at the moment, we are traveling to Chef Mickey one morning on our June trip. What is the easiest way to get from resort to resort? This is new for us!

Hello Courtney! I’m always happy to help a fellow resident of Pennsylvania with their Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning!

You are talking about two of my family’s favorites! We love the seafood at Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort! We were so excited to hear the great news that one of our favorites will be reopening this month! And what’s not to love about Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort!? The food is amazing and you get to see Mickey, Minnie, and their pals as you enjoy your meal!

The best way to travel from resort to resort really depends upon where you are staying. For now, I would recommend that you travel from your resort to Magic Kingdom Park. Then you can either take the short walk from that park to Disney’s Contemporary Resort or board another bus to the resort! There is a nice walking path that connects Magic Kingdom Park to Disney’s Contemporary Resort! That would be my personal preference!

Courtney, you’re welcome to send us another question with your specific resort location and we can provide a more detailed answer for you!
