    Hello, My father-in-law booked our vacation, but he wants me to do the planning, we have connected on family and friends but its not showing that I can make plans/reservations for our group, is there a way I can do this but under my account? Thanks!

    Hey there, Kelly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! 

    I'm so glad you dropped by with your question. November is an amazing time of year to be at the Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you are getting excited about all the things you can see and do. 

    Speaking of seeing and doing... it sounds like you're a planner like me! I love being able to manage everything with My Disney Experience. Let's see if we can get your traveling party straightened out so you can move on to important things like selecting restaurants and Fastpasses

    From what you described, already being connected on the My Family & Friends section, check to make sure that each person on your list has all sharing privileges. To do this, in the My Family & Friends section, you will see Update to the right of each name. When you click on Update, make sure "All my plans" are selected and saved. Ask each person that will be going with you to do the same. If you are able to see those names under the heading "People I Have Plans With" you should be able to make all of the dining and Fastpass+ reservations. 

    Also, it's important to know that others' names may still have a notation that they are managed by your father-in-law if he created the account. For example, in my family, I have two kids that don't use their own My Disney Experience account, but are listed under my husband who created the account. In smaller print under their names it notes that their plans are managed by my husband because he created the account- however because we have full sharing privileges, I can still make plans for our whole family. 

    If for some reason this doesn't fix your issues, I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member in Website Support so they can take a look.
