Hello, my father and his wife are going to Disneyland in their RV. They have a WA state handicapped parking pass. Can they park it in the handicapped area? They will be renting a manual wheelchair at the park.

Hi there, Julie! Welcome to planDisney.

I am so excited to see that your father and his wife will be visiting Disneyland Resort tomorrow! Their Disneyland vacation is just a dream away, and I bet they are so ready for their time at The Happiest Place on Earth.

Thank you for bringing this question to us. Please advise them to park in the Toy Story Parking area - this parking structure can accommodate oversized vehicles, including motor homes. The current daily parking rate, which is subject to change, is $30 per oversized vehicle. They should advise a Cast Member as they enter the parking lot that they require handicap parking; the Cast Member can best direct them where to park. If you'd like to read about parking options, please see the Parking webpage.

There is a handicap-accessible bus from the Toy Story Parking structure that will take them to the Disneyland transportation center. Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available there.

If you need more information about wheelchair rentals or the logistics of getting from the parking structure to the main entrance, I recommend calling and speaking with a Disability Services Cast Member. They can be reached at (407) 560-2547.

I hope your family members have a fantastic time at Disneyland Resort!

Have a great big beautiful tomorrow,
    Robyn
