Hi Lindsay,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I see that your Walt Disney World visit is just a few sleeps away, and I’m so excited for you and your family.
What a lovely gift from your dad! Because you say that he purchased the tickets on your account, I assume that means you have a
My Disney Experience account all set up, and that the tickets are linked in there. I chatted with a Walt Disney World Cast Member about your question, and she recommended purchasing (or bringing, if you already have them)
MagicBands. If each member of your party has their theme park ticket linked to a MagicBand, it will save you time and hassle, because you’ll be able to use those to enter the parks if your tickets are linked. Keep the email confirmation handy too, as you may be asked to present that. My understanding is that, should you need to visit Will Call to collect an admission card to be used as a ticket, you will need to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the photo identification of the purchaser.
Lindsay, if your dad selected
“this order will be a gift” during the checkout process, and you have a gift receipt, you will need to bring the gift receipt and your ID to Will Call and they will get you all set up. If he didn’t follow those steps, you might want to call Walt Disney World Ticketing at (407) 566-4985 to see if they can work some magic for you to make pick-up easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo.
Enjoy every minute of your upcoming vacation! There is so much holiday magic in the parks right now, and I hope you have the most merry and magical time together with your loved ones.
