If my father buys my family tickets for xmas at a discounted price because he is a fl resisdent, can we still use them if we live in ga?

Hi Crystal! Disney has tried hard to be a good neighbor resort to its Florida residents. They understand that there is a lot to see and do in this great state and so they want to make Walt Disney World accessible to all families who wish to vacation in their own backyard. These specials were designed just for this reason. When someone uses a Florida special ticket they are required to show in state residence through drivers license etc at the entrance. Technically that is the rule and yet it isn't always adhered to. You will hear of others who have "gotten away" with using in state tickets because they are merely visiting and never had to show residency but the rule is the rule. If they do check you would be required to go to the ticket window and pay the difference.
