Do you have to use all 3 FastPasses before you can schedule a second tier 1 FastPass for H.Studios?Everything we want to do is in tier 1 & there is only one thing we want to that is in tier 2; do we have to waste a pass/time?How does that work?

Hey, Katherine! This is such a great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us. My Disney Experience and the FastPass+ system have gone through a few changes recently, so I purposely played around with the system yesterday as I roamed around Walt Disney World Resort. I can certainly understand your predicament as my family is full of thrill-seekers! I never have an issue making FastPass+ selections for my crew when we visit Epcot or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park as we feel like the tiers fit us well. However, it is hard for us to agree on what to get at Disney's Hollywood Studios. One thing I have found is that, since so many great attractions are in Tier One at this park, it spreads out those favorite attractions among guests and means we will have a much better chance at getting something like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror as a fourth or subsequent FastPass+ selection once we use our initial three.

At this time, guests do need to use all three initial FastPass+ selections before they are able to look for and book another Tier One selection. You will not be able to make just one Tier One selection, use it, and then look for another Tier One selection from that same park. I recommend that you do try to schedule your FastPass+ selections for earlier in the day so that you can start looking for your subsequent choices sooner when there may be more availability. Another option I have for you is to just make one Tier One FastPass+ selection or one selection each from Tier One and Tier Two and then use the Park Hopper Option on your Disney Theme Park Ticket to hop to another park. You will be able to select any available FastPass+ at that next park. Then you can plan to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios on another day to hop on one of your other favorite attractions.

I hope this information helps you FastPass+ your way to a magical Disney day! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
