Hi Nichole,
It's great to hear from you again! I'm super excited for your upcoming trip with your little ones, and it brings me great joy to help you plan the
perfect Disney adventure!
When my kids were little, they always related their growth back to their most-anticipated Walt Disney World Resort attraction. "I'm finally tall enough to ride
Splash Mountain," they'd squeal, or when they finally hit 54" and
everything was accessible to them, even driving
Tomorrowland Speedway independently, they were ecstatic! Now that your princess is 42" tall, that does open up a whole new world of fun for her to try. Here are some suggestions for
attractions with a height restriction that your daughter meets, but do note that some of them may be quite thrilling for a four-year old!
*Magic Kingdom Park - Big Thunder Mountain (40"), Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (38"), Splash Mountain (40")
*Epcot - Soarin' Around the World* (40"), Test Track* (40"), and Mission: SPACE (40")
*Disney's Hollywood Studios - Slinky Dog Dash* (38"), Alien Swirling Saucers* (32"), and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror* (40")
*Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - Kali River Rapids (38") and DINOSAUR (40")
You may notice that some of the attractions have an asterisk after them. Those rides fall under the
Tier restrictions, so in order to even out the most popular FastPass+ selections among all of the Guests, you'll only be able to choose one of them per day at that particular park ahead of time.
Thanks so much for stopping by again with another great question, Nichole, and please feel free to keep them coming! I hope all your Disney dreams come true!
Missy
