What if we have a fastpass reservation for 4 and then 1 family member decides not to ride. Does the Fastpass have to be used by someone before the next reservation can be made (assuming it is the last fast pass of the day at that time)?

    Hi Amanda!

Using FastPass+ is one of the best ways to make the most of your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!  As you know, you can make three FastPass+ selections in advance for one park per day.  You can do this online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app while you're on the go!

After those three FastPass+ selections have been redeemed in the park, you can select another FastPass+ experience on the My Disney Experience mobile app or at a FastPass+ Kiosk!  Once you use that additional FastPass+ selection, you can choose another and repeat the process!  Just remember that FastPass+ selections are subject to availability.

Luckily, once your FastPass+ window has expired, even if everyone in your party has not redeemed the FastPass+ selection, you will be able to select your additional experiences!  If you don't want to wait for your window to expire, all of you can go to the FastPass+ entrance for the attraction during the window and redeem your FastPass+ selections, including the Guest that does not want to ride.  This will ensure that you can all make your additional FastPass+ selections together without having to wait for the window to expire.  As long as you don't cancel the FastPass+ selection for the one Guest, you shouldn't have any issues!

If you have any questions or concerns, the Cast Members at any of the FastPass+ Kiosks or at the entrance to any FastPass+ queue will be happy to help you!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
