    When is the FastPass replacement going to be operational? We are heading to Disney World on January 30.

    You've never met a friend like me or the new Disney Genie service! And yes, it is up and running and ready to help you plan your day at Walt Disney World Resort. Log into your My Disney Experience App to navigate all the levels of services provided. The complimentary service, Disney Genie, can be personalized to your day whether that involves must-have attractions or treats. During the day, your personal recommendations will be updated as wait times change. 

    For a daily fee, upgrade to Disney Genie+ to have shorter wait times in Lightning Lanes for a variety of attractions throughout all four theme parks. Also, you may purchase an Individual Lightning Lane to access some of the most popular attractions, such as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Here is a Disney Parks Blog all about the service. This link will explain Lightning Lanes in greater detail.

    Since you will be in the parks in a few short days, make sure to check out the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. Enjoy artful culinary delights from the food studios while strolling the theme park immersing yourself in performance and visual arts.
