FastPass+ online shows Pandora rides are no longer available. Will more FastPasses be released the day we visit or is the only way we will be able to ride Avatar Flight of Passage and Na'Vi River Journey is by standing in the standby queue?

Pandora - The World of Avatar is spectacular! If you are unable to get a FastPass+ for Avatar Flight of Passage or the Na'vi River Journey, you are not alone. I have a friend that wasn't successful at first but kept checking. She was able to score a FastPass+ for Avatar Flight of Passage for 3 different days during her trip so I'd recommend that you keep trying too. She only kept one of the FastPass+ times so that others would have an opportunity to experience it as well.

I was at Disney's Animal Kingdom a few weeks ago and witnessed the phenomenon of everyone heading to Pandora - The World of Avatar. Based on my observations, here is what I would suggest in the event you don't end up getting a FastPass+. Get to Animal Kingdom prior to park opening. That way you can get through security and be ready to go as soon as they start letting Guests through the turnstiles. On the day we were there, Animal Kingdom opened at 9:00 a.m. We arrived at 8:00 a.m. and there was already a line waiting to get into the park. They actually started letting Guests through the turnstiles before 8:30 a.m. (this is not guaranteed). Everyone headed straight to Pandora - The World of Avatar.

If you don't get a FastPass+, get in line for Avatar Flight of Passage first. That line was always much longer than the Na'vi River Journey. As soon as you get off of Avatar Flight of Passage, head to the Na'vi River Journey. There likely will be a good bit of wait time but the Imagineers did a fantastic job with the stand-by queues. There are so many details that you will want to see and that will help you pass the time while you're waiting. Guests with FastPass+ for these attractions do not get to experience all of the details so I would recommend that everyone go through the stand-by queues during one of their visits.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
