Hi, Michele, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
One of my favorite live-action performances at Walt Disney World Resort is
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This is a must-do for me and my family every time we visit. We love hearing the royal historians of Arendelle recount the story of Anna and Elsa as we sing our favorite Frozen songs at the top of our lungs. (We especially love the "cool" surprise at the end!)
Using one of your three FastPass+ experiences for this show will guarantee you access to the theater in a dedicated section. When you book your FastPass, you'll notice that currently the only options are at the top of each hour (10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, etc.). The showtimes, however, are currently at the bottom of each hour (10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., etc.).
Unlike most FastPass windows which give you an hour to redeem your experience, the Frozen Sing-Along window is only 15 minutes. This means that if you want to see the 3:30 show, you'll book a FastPass for 3 p.m. and will need to arrive at the theater between 3 and 3:15. That will give you plenty of time to get settled in your seats before the show begins at 3:30. At 3:15 the Guests waiting in the standby queue will be permitted to enter the theater. Since all seating is first-come, first-served, you'll want to get there early for the best seats. We've seen the show from just about every vantage point in the theater, though (from the front row to the back row and in between), and you really can see quite well from any seat.
After the show, make sure you pop over to
Celebrity Spotlight to meet Olaf and give him a warm hug. Please tell him I said "hi," too!
