Hi Abigail,
Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question. It sounds like you have a fun day planned! A visit to
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park is always inspiring. I was able to visit there on a recent trip, and one slightly off-the-beaten-path attraction that we were able to participate in was the
Animation Experience at Conservation Station. During this experience, we were led through drawing an animal-inspired character, in our case, Judy Hopps! It was really interesting, and we all got to bring home our drawings. Heading to
Disney's Wilderness Lodge after your visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park can continue the inspiring magic. One of my favorite locations there is
Geyser Point Bar & Grille. The food is excellent, and the al fresco dining experience allows you to enjoy the weather, water, sights, and sounds nearby.
I think that the most direct and simplest method to head from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park to Disney's Wilderness Lodge is to take a
Disney bus. There will be a direct bus between these two locations. Simply head out of the front of Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, and then follow the signs to the Disney buses. Find the area to wait for a bus to Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and one should be along soon!
Another option for you would be to order
Minnie Van Service using the Lyft App. While Minnie Vans do come at an additional cost, they are really fun and can take you from one point to another at Walt Disney World. If you are looking for transportation just for you and your traveling party, this would be a good choice.
I hope that this information is helpful for you, Abigail! Please feel free to let us know if you have any further Disney planning questions.
